Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How To Return
- Email us at support@maisonetoileparis.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Simply mention your preferred exchange in your return email and we will take care of the rest.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
